Postdoctoral Fellow, Johns Hopkins University

Jane Binakonsky J.D. is a first year postdoctoral fellow in the National Institute on Drug Abuse's Drug Dependence Epidemiology Training Program at the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health.

She received her JD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. She is working to uncover opportunities for the efficacious blending of law, regulation, international trade, science, and policy to influence youth behavior and thereby ensure more thriving adulthoods. Jane’s research supervisor is Dr. David Jernigan in Johns Hopkins Department of Health, Behavior and Society.

She is working on projects with him related to youth alcohol consumption, alcohol advertising practices and regulations within the United States and other world countries.
