My PhD research examines diets and dietary change through the application of social practice theory in order to inform policies and programs aimed at achieving more sustainable, resilient and healthful diets. My research interests include: social practice theory, sustainable consumption, the 'meatification' of diets, dietary change, food policy, health promotion and ecological public health.
