Associate Dean, School of Management and Governance; Senior Lecturer in Politics & International Studies, Murdoch University

I am Associate Dean, Accreditation, within the School of Management and Governance.

I teach in Politics and International Studies and the Sir Walter Murdoch School of Public Policy and International Affairs - I am the Coordinator of Murdoch University’s award winning Parliamentary and Public Sector Internship program, and also the SWM School Research Internship. My areas of interest are Australian politics, Higher Education policy, and environmental politics. My overarching concern in all of these is democracy, democratic citizenship and democratic governance. My PhD, completed at Murdoch University, was a study of higher education policy both in Australia and internationally, and its intersection with neo-liberalism – and particularly market citizenship.
