Dr. Jason Tallis is an Associate Professor in the Research Centre for Physical Activity, Sport, and Exercise Science at Coventry University. He leads the research theme for Sport Nutrition and Tissue Mechanics and serves as the Associate Course Director for the BSc in Sport and Exercise Science program. Dr. Tallis’s research focuses on understanding the form and function of the musculoskeletal system, providing insights into the effects of disease and therapeutic interventions on skeletal muscle health. His work also explores the role of skeletal muscle in complex movements to enhance sports performance and reduce injury risk.
