PhD student in Earth Sciences, University of Hull

I am a PhD student in the field of historical and social volcanology, looking at cultural and social influences of societies on their volcanic environment, with particular interest on small volcanic islands. This work also extends to the impacts of volcanic hazards in reference to social vulnerability, risk and resilience.

I also have an interest in hazard analysis and disaster management.
