Lecturer, Animal Science, University of Sydney

Completed a Diploma of Agriculture at Wagga Agricultural College and then a Bachelor of Science at Macquarie University. Completed a PhD at Macquarie University in 1987. Spent some years with the CSIRO Division of Animal Production before then moving to the Faculty of Veterinary, The University of Sydney in 1996. Currently hold the position of Senior Lecturer, teaching Veterinary and Animal Science students in Pig and Poultry production.
Research industries are varied and included reproductive physiology, stress physiology, duck production and the role of long chain fatty acids in pig and bird metabolism. Have around 70 referred publications.
