Graduate of McGill Law (2004), Called to the Bar of the State of New York (2005) and the Law Society of British Columbia (2013). LLM (2006) and PhD (2012) London School of Economics & Political Science with an emphasis on Legal and Constitutional Theory. Taught Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Jurisprudence and other courses at UBC Allard Faculty of Law (2014-2016), Dalhousie Schulich Law (2016-2017) and TRU Law (2017-2021). Currently teaching Canadian Legal Systems, Law & Society Theory, Justice/Injustice in the KPU Faculty of Arts, Department of Criminology.
