Jemima Nomunume Baada

PhD Candidate, Women's Studies and Feminist Research, Western University

Jemima is a doctoral candidate in the department of Gender, Sexuality and Women's Studies at the University of Western Ontario, Canada. Her research interests are in the areas of gender, migration, climate change, and development and health equity. Her doctoral research - funded by the Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarship and the International Development Research Centre's (IDRC) Hopper-Bhatia Canada Fellowship - examines the ways in which climate change and multilateral investment influence agrarian migration in Ghana.
