Jenny Green

Jenny Green is the Program Director of the Postgraduate Community Management Program and a member of Cosmopolitan Civil Societies Research Strength. She has extensive experience in the not-for-profit sector particularly in the areas of community and disability services. Prior to her appointment at UTS she was the State Manager of Disability Services in NSW TAFE.

She is a member of the NSW Administrative Decisions Tribunal in both the Community Services Division and the Guardianship and Protective Estates Division. She works in a voluntary capacity as the secretary of the Board of the Australian Centre for Disability Law and as a Board Member of Community Connections Australia.

Jenny's PhD focused on values based leadership in the management and governance of not-for-profit community service organisations.
Her research interests are: organisational values, business ethics, disability, human rights and social justice.
