Researcher, Work of Social Care Research Program, Centre for People, Organisation and Work, RMIT University

Jenny Malone is a researcher in the School of Management and the Centre for People, Organisation and Work at RMIT University. Her research explores the dimensions of care work including the ways in which gender, migration, and the organisation of care work intersect to shape working conditions. This research also considers the role of employment regulation and international law in shaping the working lives of low-paid care workers. Jenny's research draws on her previous work as a social worker and an interest in social policy, with previous projects focussed on homelessness, women in the justice system and out-of-home care.
