Jerome Gessaroli

Jerome Gessaroli has taught courses at Simon Fraser University and for the past 17 years at the British Columbia Institute of Technology in corporate finance, security analysis, working capital management and advanced finance. He is lead coauthor of the Canadian edition finance textbook, "Financial Management: Theory and Practice" used in under and graduate programs at universities throughout Canada. He has an MBA from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia. Prior to teaching, he worked in the finance sector. Mr. Gessaroli also has international business experience, having worked for one of Canada's largest industrial R&D companies, developing business opportunities in China, Hong Kong, Singapore, and India. Mr. Gessaroli has also given seminars to universities in Nanjing, China and Steyr, Austria and been interviewed by the Globe and Mail and previously served on the board of directors of an industry development association.
