My research interests are around working, workplaces, human resource management, labour market policy and employment conditions. Recent research has examined the employment conditions of residential care workers in the Aged Care Sector; the challenges of transitioning from tertiary education to regular employment; and the challenges in transitioning from defence to civilian employment.
