John’s research interests are in the integration of legal and economic analysis, with an emphasis on the impact on the real economy of changes in company law and corporate insolvency law. His current research focuses on the interpretation and value of corporate rescue, the practices and conduct of insolvency practitioners, and directors’ duties post insolvency. John has published work in several leading journals, as well as regularly presents at conferences, both national and international.
