MSc student, Environmental Economics and Policy, Imperial College London

I am an MSc student at Imperial College London studying environmental economics and policy. I am also working at the Grantham Research Institute on Climate Change and the Environment at the London School of Economics, where I am assisting Luca Taschini with research into various topics including international market-based mechanisms for emission reductions.

Before studying at Imperial, I worked as a lawyer in the City of London for five years, where I specialised in investment funds with a focus on renewable energy, CDM and timber funds. Previously I studied at the LSE for an MSc in Global Politics, where I wrote a thesis on the international politics of REDD+.

My research interests include market-based mechanisms, payments for environmental services and sustainable supply chains. I am writing my MSc thesis on the potential synergies between REDD+ and sustainable supply chains, using the example of the EU FLEGT regime.
