Instructor of Philosophy, Boston University

Dr. Joshua Duclos holds degrees in philosophy from Boston University (PhD), the University of Chicago (AM), and Connecticut College (BA). He is a former Fulbright Scholar to the Czech Republic and a Fellow at the Pardee Center for the Study of the Longer Range Future. His dissertation focused on value theory and environmental philosophy and formed the basis of his first book: "Wilderness, Morality, and Value" (Lexington Books, 2022). Dr. Duclos teachers widely on ethics, political philosophy, logic, philosophy of religion, and intellectual history. He currently teaching philosophy and Humanities at St. Paul's School (Concord, NH).
