Juana Du

Dr. Juana Du is an associate professor in School of Communication and Culture at Royal Roads University. She is the program head of Master of Arts in Intercultural and International Communication. Her research interests include cross-cultural adaptation of international students, expatriate training and relocation, communication competence of multicultural teams, organizational culture and creativity, organizational learning and knowledge management, and subsidiaries of multinational enterprises and innovation.

Her research has presented at many international academic conferences, and she published more than 25 book chapters and journal articles, and served as a journal reviewer for several journals.
