Juline Beaujouan

Juline Beaujouan is a Post-doctoral Research Fellow with the Peace and Conflict Resolution Evidence Platform (PeaceRep), based at the University of Edinburgh. Juline combines academic and practice expertise in non-state actors, political Islam, local conflict management and peacebuilding in the Middle East, notably in Syria and Iraq. She is the co-editor of the volume "Syrian Crisis, Syrian Refugees – Voices from Jordan and Lebanon" (Palgrave, 2020), and co-author of "Islam, IS and the Fragmented State: The Challenges of Political Islam in the MENA Region" (Routledge, 2021).
