Dr. Justin Rose is an environmental law specialist whose work has since 1998 focused on forest and marine governance in Pacific island countries.

Justin’s occupations have included academic, bureaucrat, consultant, farmer, activist and in more recent times, documentary filmmaker. His PhD is multidisciplinary and his two bachelors degrees are History and Law.
