Kat Deerfield

Kat Deerfield is a Research Associate in the Children's Social Care Research and Development Centre at Cardiff University.

She holds a PhD in Critical and Cultural Theory from Cardiff University. Her thesis explored gender and sexuality in human spaceflight, with particular attention to the relationships between women, sexual culture, the social construction of the child and the family, and the future.
