Kat Kennedy is a sleep researcher and science journalist based at the University of Arizona. She is interested in novel therapeutics used to improve sleep, including supplements and wearables, and is particularly interested in the role of the gut microbiome in sleep and health. She is a doctoral student of physiology also working towards a graduate certificate in science communication. She is passionate about women's health, diet, and mindfulness.
