Kate Jones is a research fellow at the Public Policy Institute and a graduate of the University of Sydney, the University of Melbourne and La Trobe University. She has worked in the Commonwealth and Victorian parliaments and in other positions in the Victorian and Commonwealth public sectors. Her research interests are parliaments, parliamentary committees, public policy and the public sector. Together with Scott Prasser she has recently published a book on commissions of audit, Audit Commissions: Reviewing the Reviewers (Connor Court, 2014).
