Kathryn McNeilly

Kathryn's research interests intersect the areas of feminist and gender scholarship, critical legal theory and human rights. She is particularly interested in gendered/queer and critical engagements with the theoretical underpinnings, politics and practice of human rights. To date her work has been published in journals such as Feminist Legal Studies, the Australian Feminist Law Journal and Law and Critique. Kathryn is the author of a monograph entitled Human Rights and Radical Social Transformation: Futurity, Alterity, Power published by Routledge as part of the GlassHouse series in 2017.
