Katrin Uba

My research focuses on protest mobilisation, the ways protest activists and social movements influence policy-making in Europe, and social media activism of the Swedish trade unions. I am principal investigator of the Swedish team in a H2020 project EURYKA which examines political activism of young people in the context of inequalities in nine European countries. I also teach undergraduate and graduate courses on comparative politics with the main focus on social movements.
