Katrina Wesencraft

Katrina is a PhD student in optical medical imaging based at the Centre for Biophotonics, University of Strathclyde. She is researching new ways to modify and image pancreatic cells for transplant. Katrina is also a science journalist and is the former editor in chief of theGIST, a multi-award-winning student science website and magazine.
