Kelsy Kretschmer

Kelsy Kretschmer is an associate professor of sociology in the School of Public Policy at Oregon State University. She studies social movements, protest, and organizations. In her book, Fighting for NOW: Diversity and Discord in the National Organization for Women (University of Minnesota Press), she examines how organizational structures shape factionalism.
