Born and educated in Tasmania. Worked as a Civil Engineer then moved into what is now called Information Systems as a result of building computer simulation models. Worked supporting computer systems software then moved to designing and building commercial systems. Taught Information Systems for 25 years at University of Canberra and City Polytechnic University in Hong Kong. Founded Edentiti a verification of identity company. Founded Welcomer a company to provide individuals with their own virtual identity network.
