Professor, Department of Psychology and Neuroscience, Dalhousie University

I am a professor of Neurobiology at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. My students and I investigate characteristics of the developing brain with a focus on understanding how visual experience influences development and organization of the visual system. The principal objective of our research is to produce effective new treatments for amblyopia, a common type of childhood blindness.
