Research Lecturer in Biodiversity and Health Ecology, Swansea University

My research focuses on the conservation and management of wildlife and biodiversity. I aim to provide natural resource managers and conservationists with information and tools for quantifying and predicting how human impacts will change the viability of wildlife populations and guiding direct management strategies in order to prevent unnecessary damage. I am currently investigating the health and resilience of terrestrial wildlife populations and animal communities within the frameworks of global health sustainability, one health and functional biodiversity.
