Kristen is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist and Certified Emergency Manager who manages best practice research for NAIT's Centre for Applied Disaster and Emergency Management. Her current research is targeted towards understanding mental health in disaster management and helping organizations to mitigate workplace stress burnout.
