Kyle Brykman is an Assistant Professor of Management at the University of Windsor's Odette School of Business. Kyle's research focuses on employee voice and team dynamics, including team resilience and conflict. Kyle's mission is to improve employee well-being and productivity through research, teaching, and training. Kyle's research has been published in various academic outlets, including the Journal of Organizational Behavior and Small Group Research. Kyle holds a PhD in Management from Queen's University's Smith School of Business, an MSc in Management from Wilfrid Laurier University, and an HBA from Ivey School of Business.
