Assistant Professor of Linguistics, The University of Texas at Austin

I have an interdisciplinary background in the study of language, with an A.B. in English from Harvard, a master's in linguistics from Oxford, a Ph.D. in cognitive science from MIT, and postdoctoral training in computer science at Stanford. I'm now a professor in linguistics at UT Austin. I work on computational psycholinguistics and what studying machines can tell us about human language.
