Lachlan is a Hobart-based PhD candidate at the University of Tasmania and a researcher at the UTas Institute for the Study of Social Change. His research focusses on the effects of network activity, institutions, and social embeddedness on regional development outcomes, as well as work on whistleblowing and corporate tax avoidance.
