Laura Silva

Laura Silva is a post-doctoral fellow at Paris School of Economics, affiliated to Sciences Po and to the University of Cape Town. Her research interests lie at the intersection of urban, infrastructural and environmental sociology. Her work focuses primarily on spatial inequalities, building upon the theoretical framework of functionalist sociology, which acknowledges the rootedness and interdependence of individuals within contextual structures at various geographical scales.
