Ph.D. Candidate in the Department of Food, Agricultural and Resource Economics at the University of Guelph. My research is in the areas of institutional economics, agriculture and natural resources, and economic development. Past research on gendered perceptions of land tenure and agricultural investment in rural Haiti. Current research focuses on institutional change and economic development on Canadian First Nations (Indian) reserves. Also researching the legalization of Cannabis and the impact of social norms on black-market prices.
