Dr. Liam Humphreys is a Senior Research Fellow at Sheffield Hallam University. His work focuses on how exercise can help manage chronic diseases, such as cancer, neurological, and heart conditions. Liam designs and manages exercise interventions aimed at improving patients' health, particularly for those affected by cancer.

His research includes pilot studies, randomised trials, and public health evaluations, with an emphasis on changing health behaviours to support long-term physical activity. Liam has contributed to many important studies on cancer care, MS, and the role of exercise in improving public health.
