Assistant Professor/Lecturer in Management, Monash University

Limin Fu (Ph.D. in Management) is a lecturer in Management at Monash Business School. Her research investigates paradoxes in corporate social responsibility (CSR/ESG) and her research interests include strategic management, international business, and innovation. Prior to her academic career, Dr. Fu had worked in multiple managerial roles with renowned Fortune 500 companies such as Asus, Generali, and Country Garden Holdings. Leveraging her management experience in industry, Dr. Fu's research projects are mostly business problem-driven. Dr Fu's scholarly work has been published by Research Policy (ABDC, A*, FT top 50), Business & Society (ABDC, A), and Long Range Planning (ABDC, A). Dr. Fu has also presented her work at several prestigious academic conferences including the Academy of Management annual meetings, the Strategic Management Society annual conference, and the Academy of International Business annual meeting etc. Dr. Fu's research has impacted practitioners and she has been invited to several talks with internationally renowned companies including Ernst & Young (EY).
