Lisa Boucher is an Assistant Professor in Gender and Social Justice at Trent University. Her research focuses on Canadian feminist service organizations, with particular attention to anti-violence organizations. Her areas of expertise include feminist organizations, social movements, gender-based violence (GBV), anti-violence activism, and gender and public policy. Most recently, her work has focused on the ways GBV help-seeking and service provision have changed in response to the #MeToo movement and COVID-19.
