I am a researcher examining social dimensions of climate change and disaster risk, in particular the link between adaptation and development, and the socio-cultural drivers of vulnerability. I work at the Environmental Change Institute at the University of Oxford, co-Editor in Chief of the journal Climate and Development, and a Co-ordinating Lead Author in the IPCC Sixth Assessment report for Working Group 2 (Impacts, Adaptation and Vulnerability).
