Professor Lister Staveley-Smith is Interim Executive Director of the International Centre for Radio Astronomy Research (ICRAR) and Chief Investigator of the ARC Centre of Excellence for All Sky Astrophysics in 3 Dimensions (ASTRO 3D). His research is oriented towards frontline radio astronomical observations with world-class facilities and preparing the path for future telescopes such as the Square Kilometre Array (SKA) and its precursors.
