Professor of Economics, Department of Economics and Finance, University of Guelph

I am a labour economist. I undertake policy-relevant research using household survey, census and GIS data. Much of my work has examined the legacies of the Former Soviet Union on the wellbeing of contemporary populations. I have written several papers about the impact of electrification on households in Latin American countries.
