I am an Associate Professor in International Relations, in the Department of Politics, Philosophy, and IR at Swansea University. I am the author of The President's Kill List: Assassination in US foreign policy since 1945 (Edinburgh: Edinburgh University Press, 2024). I am also the host of the Out of the Shadows Project Podcast where I interview experts in intelligence and covert operations.
I previously worked as Teaching Associate at School of Politics and International Relations of the University of Nottingham.
