Senior Lecturer in Employment Relations, Essex Business School, University of Essex
Dr Luciana Zorzoli, Senior Lecturer in Employment Relations at EBS, specialises in studying workers' and trade unions' strategies, as well as the application and development of regulations and international labour standards in Latin America.
She received funding for her PhD and postdoctoral projects from CONICET (Argentina) and has also secured research funds from the Fulbright Commission, Cardiff University, and the MERCOSUR research exchange programme.
Before joining Essex, Luciana served as interim director of the Employment Research Unit (ERU) and Lecturer in Employment Relations at Cardiff Business School in the UK.
