Ludovico Carrino

Research fellow, King's College London

Ludovico Carrino is Research Fellow at the Department of Global Health and Social Medicine at King’s College London, and affiliated to the Ca’ Foscari University of Venezia, where he got his Ph.D. in Economics. He is Adjunct Professor of Public Economics at the University of Trieste.

His work evaluates how public policies and the Welfare State affect people’s wellbeing and health. He has a particular focus on Pensions and on Long-Term Care policies for older adults. He is Co-Investigator and lead researcher for several international research-projects at King’s College London.

His research is partly funded by the European Commission HORIZON 2020 research and innovation action (MINDMAP project, grant 667661).
