Researcher and lecturer in Spatial Data Science, University of Canterbury

I received my PhD in 2015 from the Department of Geoinformatics at Palacky University in the Czech Republic. In my thesis, I conducted a nationwide research study on the spatial and spatiotemporal analysis of gastroenteritis (''food poisoning"). My main research interest is mostly focused on spatial analyses and (geo)visualisation of health- and wellbeing-related data using spatial data science.
