Mahi Paquette

Mahi is an environmental geographer (BSc – Canada) with a masters in use and conservation of natural resources with a specific focus on coastal oceanography (MSc – Brazil). She is currently studying a PhD in Education at Southern Cross University (Australia) with a focus on planetary ethics and business decision-making. Mahi has a passion for bridging the gap between science, technology, near future adaptation and community engagement. This has led Mahi to work and volunteer actively with several not-for-profit, gaining knowledge and experience of community leadership, grant management and hands-on/on the ground community events.
