LLB (Hons); DipLP; Solicitor (qualified in Scotland (2008) and England and Wales (2009, currently non-practising)); PGCert in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education.
Malcolm's research interests include property law (particularly land reform), commercial law and clinical legal education. He is the Faculty Director of the Aberdeen Law Project, putting him in a supervisory role of the student run pro bono legal advice centre at the University of Aberdeen, and has been involved with the Scottish University Law Clinic Network since its launch.
