Professeur de comportement organisationnel − Professor of Organizational Behavior, Kedge Business School

Marc OHANA est professeur de comportement organisationnel et de ressources humaines à KEDGE Business School depuis 2010. Il a obtenu son habilitation à diriger des recherches à l’université de Paris Dauphine et son doctorat à l’université d’Aix-Marseille. Ses recherches portent principalement sur la justice organisationnelle, l’échange social, l’identité sociale et les organisations à but non lucratif. Il enseigne le leadership au niveau master et à des publics professionnels.

Marc Ohana is Professor of organizational behavior at KEDGE Business School. He received his Ph.D from the University of Aix-Marseille and his HDR (accreditation to supervise thesis) from Dauphine University.
His research interests center on improving people management, mainly through a quantitative methodology. Within that domain, he has investigated topics such as organizational justice, commitment, citizenship behaviors, social exchange and social identity.
