Marcia Morris

Dr. Marcia Morris is a psychiatrist at the University of Florida Counseling and Wellness Center where she has treated college students for the last twenty years. Her areas of specialty include depression, anxiety and eating disorders.

Dr. Morris received an undergraduate degree from Harvard University in English and American Literature, a medical degree from Yale University, and completed her psychiatry residency at New York Hospital Cornell Medical Center. She is a Board Certified psychiatrist and a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association.

Across the nation, Dr. Morris has presented at the Southern College Health Association, the American College Health Association, and the Florida Psychological Association. At the University, Dr. Morris provides lectures to colleagues, residents, medical students, and to our community. Dr. Morris has published research papers in the area of OCD and has also written articles on various topics.
