Margie Morris is a clinical psychologist, researcher and inventor of technologies to support health, emotional wellbeing and interpersonal connectedness.
Margie has created systems to enhance emotional expression and support for people coping with isolation, chronic disease and stress. These systems include mobile and social applications, wearable sensing and extensions for connected devices. To inform new product directions, she conducts ethnographic research and feedback studies.
Margie teaches in Human Centered Design and Engineering at the University of Washington.
