Maricélle Botes

I completed both my BA and LLB degrees at the North-West University in 2017 and 2019, respectively. I recently also completed my LLM in Perspectives on Law on the topic "Legal perspectives on 'microclimate regulation' as an urban ecosystem service in South Africa", for which I obtained a distinction. I am currently a Doctoral candidate at the South African Research Chair in Cities, Law and Environmental Sustainability (CLES) at the Faculty of Law at the North-West University.
